Work Shift: U.S. Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

JOB SUMMARY :
The selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to U.S. Accounting processes, QuickBooks, payroll, invoicing, timesheet management, financial documentation, and MIS reporting.
We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn, have good attention to detail, and are interested in developing their careers in U.S. Accounting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn and work on QuickBooks and U.S. Accounting processes.
• Assist with payroll management and payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate payroll and financial records.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with invoicing and timesheet management.
• Maintain financial documentation and accounting records.
• Assist with data entry and reconciliation of financial information.
• Support payment follow-ups and account-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payroll requirements.
• Support day-to-day U.S. Accounting operations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS
• Freshers Only
• MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, B.Com, BBA Finance, M.Com, or any finance-related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Telugu and Hindi communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Must be comfortable working in the U.S. Night Shift.
