Job Title: US Accounting

Experience: 2-4 Years
Job Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)

Responsibilities:
1.Bookkeeping and Bank and CC Reconciliations Payroll Entries and Reconciliations .
2.Preparing monthly financial (balance sheet) and P&L statements etc
3.Monthly AR/AP Preparations
4.Updating and maintaining records of expenditures, payments, invoices etc
5.Apply bank deposits and vendor payments
6.Intercompany invoices and bills posting in appropriate books
7.we are looking for will work mostly on AR and Accounting tasks
8.Other duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements:
• Qualification MBA/BCOM with pure Commerce background
• Must have 3+ years of experience in US accounting.
• Strong experience using QuickBooks is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Should have a good work ethic and should work with responsibility
• Flexible to US shift (CST time zone)
