Hiring: US Accounting Manager /Senior Manager Client Accounting Services (CAS)
Location: Chennai, Guindy
Experience: 9 Years - 15 Years
Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:15 AM)

Working Days : Monday to Friday.

Cab: Both way

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Assistant Manager/ Senior Manager Client Accounting Services to lead client engagements, strengthen service delivery, and ensure a high standard of operational excellence. The role requires strong client management capabilities, proactive communication, and hands-on leadership & Property Accounting to drive team performance, prevent escalations, and consistently deliver error-free services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end accounting for U.S.-based clients.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Work with cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, MRI, and Yardi.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and provide client support.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 15 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on experience with 3 or more accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, MRI, or Yardi).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients or outsourced accounting is preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience in CPA firms, outsourced accounting, or shared service centers.
• Knowledge of payroll, tax preparation, or multi-entity accounting is an added advantage.
• Strong client handling and communication skills (mandatory)
• Proven experience in managing accounting services teams
• Ability to anticipate issues and act proactively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• High ownership and accountability mindset
