US Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented accounting professionals to join our US Accounting team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work with US-based hospitality businesses and gain hands-on experience in accounting, payroll, taxation, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks and M3 Accounting Software.
• Record accounting transactions in journals, ledgers, and other financial records.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist in US payroll processing and tax compliance activities.
• Prepare financial reports and management reports.
• Perform ratio analysis and financial statement analysis.
• Compare budgets with actual financial performance and identify variances.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support statutory and financial audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and standard operating procedures.
• Handle ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com, M.Com, or CA Intermediate.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to learn US accounting standards and processes.
