• Medical degree (MBBS) from an accredited institution.
• Specialization in Urology (DNB or MS in Urology).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in urology.
• Strong surgical skills with a focus on patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in patient management and care planning.
