1. Project Planning and Scheduling

• Prepare detailed project schedules with cost loading for all project activities.
• Develop and update project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Ensure project schedules meet project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Identify activity dependencies, critical path, and key milestones.
• Prepare and update resource allocation plans.

2. Project Monitoring and Tracking

• Visit construction sites to collect actual progress data.
• Update project schedules with actual progress.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and budgets.
• Identify and report delays, deviations, and other project issues.

3. Delay Analysis

• Analyse project delays and identify their root causes.
• Identify potential delays and suggest preventive measures.
• Assess the impact of delays on project timelines, costs, and resources.
• Recommend corrective actions to recover delays and achieve project targets.

4. Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports covering schedules and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project dashboards and performance reports.
• Share progress updates and analysis with project managers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

5. Look-Ahead Planning and Cash Flow

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly look-ahead plans based on the project schedule and actual progress.
• Prepare and update project cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow against project requirements.
• Identify potential cash flow issues and suggest corrective measures.
