Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate leads and support business development for our warehousing and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients (manufacturers, e-commerce companies, distributors, etc.)
• Generate leads as per business requirements.
• Understand client needs and explain relevant solutions.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain and update data in Excel.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
• Handle basic customer queries efficiently.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills (Hindi, English & Marathi)
• Strong convincing and customer handling skills
• Regional language is a plus
