Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts.
• Plan and schedule social media posts.
• Create and coordinate engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, features, and best practices.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation.
• Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.
• Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in social media management.
• Good knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong communication and creative writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
• Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of current social media trends.
