Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote jewellery products and collections.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers through online and offline channels.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, offers, and product launches.
• Support social media marketing and local advertising activities.
• Build relationships with customers and assist the sales team in generating business.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and jewellery trends.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve marketing and business targets.
• Maintain customer databases and prepare marketing activity reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• 14 years of experience in marketing, preferably in jewellery, retail, fashion, or lifestyle businesses.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and local promotional activities preferred.
• Ability to generate leads, understand customer needs, and support sales growth.
• Proactive approach with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
