Urgently Hiring - Jewellery Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
• Showcase gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery collections as per customer needs.
• Explain product designs, quality, pricing, making charges, and other relevant details.
• Handle customer queries and support purchase decisions professionally.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
• Maintain jewellery displays, product presentation, and showroom cleanliness.
• Manage billing, sales records, and customer information accurately.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability and stock.
• Follow showroom policies and maintain proper handling and security of jewellery.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15 years of experience in jewellery sales or retail sales, preferably in a jewellery showroom.
• Good communication, customer handling, and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of gold, silver, diamond jewellery, purity, designs, and pricing will be preferred.
• Presentable personality with a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work as part of a team.
