SastaSundar Healthbuddy Limited is looking for a mature, strategic, and experienced HR leader to lead the next phase of our organizations growth.
This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for an HR professional who can partner with senior management to strengthen organizational structure, build leadership capability, drive performance, facilitate change, and create a high-accountability culture.
Location: Kolkata
Position: Head Human Resources & Organization Development
Experience: 15+ years of relevant HR experience, with good hands-on
experiance with IR
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution
Joining: Early joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Drive organizational structure, manpower optimization, and

organizational effectiveness
• Build second-line leadership and succession planning frameworks
• Strengthen KRAs, KPIs, PMS, and a culture of ownership and

accountability
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
• Drive L&D, capability building, and leadership development
• Build employee engagement, culture, retention, and workplace

effectiveness
• Provide strategic guidance on Industrial Relations, labour

management, and compliance
• Strengthen HR policies, governance, systems, and processes
• Lead strategic talent acquisition and build leadership talent pipelines
• Partner closely with the Chairman, promoters, and senior management

on people and organizational strategy

What Were Looking For
• Strong hands-on exposure across Talent Acquisition, PMS, OD, L&D,

HR Analytics, and HR Operations
• Experience across service and manufacturing organizations; e-

commerce exposure will be an advantage
• Experience handling both corporate office and warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of labour laws, Industrial Relations, and

workforce management
• Proven experience in change management, leadership development,

and organizational transformation
• Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder
anagement skills
• Stable career history with long tenures in previous organizations

Age: 40–45 years
Preferably based in Kolkata
Strong and stable track record in senior HR leadership roles
Early joiners preferred
