Interior Designing services sales Job Overview:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone by initiating outbound calls to potential customers. The role requires effective communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build rapport to persuade and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to leads or prospects provided by the company.
Conduct cold-calling to generate new business opportunities.
Follow a script or sales pitch to present products or services effectively.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the products or services offered.
Stay updated on product/service changes and improvements.
Building Rapport:
Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential customers.

Handling Objections:
