Description

We are urgently hiring a Store Manager for our Fine Jewelry Showroom located in Indiranagar, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the jewelry showroom, ensuring high standards of customer service and product presentation.
Manage inventory levels and ensure the showroom is stocked with the latest jewelry collections.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct training sessions for staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is aesthetically pleasing.

Skills and Qualifications

1-10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff effectively.
Proficient in inventory management and sales reporting software.
Strong understanding of jewelry products and market trends.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
