We are urgently hiring for the position of Senior Store Executive for our Jewellery Store in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery and a strong background in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery items
• Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends and inventory
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Train and mentor junior staff members on sales techniques and product knowledge

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-8 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of jewellery products, including precious metals and gemstones
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
