Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
• Manage cash drawers, ensuring all funds are accounted for at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-8 years of experience in a cashier or retail role preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and payment processing systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
