• Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, promotions and product content.
• Handle day-to-day sales operations on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub accounts.
• Execute e-commerce strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales, orders, returns, cancellations and inventory.
• Analyse marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
• Plan and monitor online advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Improve product ranking, visibility, traffic and conversion rates.
• Monitor customer complaints, ratings, returns and negative feedback.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, dispatch and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Track competitor pricing, products, offers and market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace policies.
• Identify new opportunities and implement initiatives for overall e-commerce growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate; MBA preferred.
• 24 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Amazon, Flipkart or online marketplace management.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Good understanding of marketplace operations, sales analytics and e-commerce business planning.
• Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Experience managing product listings, promotions and online advertising.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage marketplace operations effectively.
• Team management/leadership skills will be an added advantage.
