Role & responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction and site execution activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor quality, quantity and progress of work.
• Check measurements and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements and site activities.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project records.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 26 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Road, highway or infrastructure experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of site execution, measurements and drawings.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
