Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Candidates must be fluent in at least one of the following regional languages:
• Telugu - 5 Positions
• Kannada 5 Positions
• Marathi 5 Positions
• Malayalam 5 Positions
• Tamil 5 Positions
• Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Telugu will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should be confident, target-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers over calls and other communication channels.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are preferred.
• Ability to build customer relationships and handle objections effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Clearly explain the companys services and offerings to prospective customers.
• Generate new leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Stay updated on the companys services, processes, and sales strategies.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach while interacting with clients.
