About this role
Role & responsibilities
01. Attend and resolve daily maintenance complaints.
02. Check and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility equipment.
03. Monitor DG, pumps, motors, and utility systems.
04. Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
05. Attend breakdowns and take immediate corrective action.
06. Record daily equipment readings and maintenance activities.
07. Support fire and safety equipment inspections.
08. Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance work.
09. Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
10. Follow all safety procedures, work permits, and PPE requirements.
11. Support emergency maintenance activities whenever required.
12. Report major equipment issues to the Facility Manager/Site Lead, etc.
