Process: Diagnostic / Healthcare - Inbound Customer Care

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and service-related queries.
• Provide information regarding diagnostic services and appointments.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Identify suitable upselling opportunities.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and process quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• HSC / Graduate
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience preferred.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Candidates with inbound voice / upselling experience preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: 15,000 - 18,000 per month

Shift Details:
Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM | 8 AM - PM | 9 AM - 6 PM
Week Off: Rotational
