Location: Dahej GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat

Duty: 12 hours/day, 26 days/month

Benefits: Free accommodation, company transport & Rs 3000/- for food (not included in Salary)

1) Job Title: Production Supervisor Structural Construction

Salary: 39,000-41,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Job Description:

• Supervise daily structural fabrication and erection activities.
• Allocate manpower and monitor productivity, work quality and progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen and site management.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project schedules.
• Maintain daily work and manpower reports.

2) Job Title: SMAW / ARC Welder CS 6G

Salary: 33,000-35,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Job Description:

• Perform SMAW/ARC welding on carbon steel pipes and structural components.
• Read welding drawings and follow approved welding procedures.
• Maintain weld quality and comply with site safety standards.
• Attend the welding trade test for selection.

3) Job Title: SMAW / ARC Welder SS 6G

Salary: 45,000-47,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Job Description:

• Perform SMAW/ARC welding on stainless steel pipes and components.
• Follow approved welding procedures and applicable quality requirements.
• Ensure proper joint preparation, weld finishing and defect prevention.

5) Job Title: Argon / TIG Welder CS 6G

Salary: 45,000-47,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Job Description:

• Perform TIG/argon welding on carbon steel pipes and components as per project requirements.
• Prepare joints and maintain proper welding parameters.
• Follow approved WPS and quality standards.
• Ensure defect-free welding and safe working practices.
• Attend the welding trade test for selection.

6) Job Title: Argon / TIG Welder SS 6G

Salary: 53,000-55,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Job Description:

• Perform TIG/argon welding on stainless steel pipes and components.
• Maintain proper heat input, weld penetration and joint quality.
• Follow approved welding procedures and project specifications.

7) Job Title: Structural Fabricator
