FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEWS ON 15TH NOVEMBER 2026
AMBE CONSULTANCY SERVICES PVT. LTD. is urgently hiring qualified and experienced HSE professionals for a leading Abu Dhabi-based Oil & Gas client executing major projects in the UAE.
We are looking for experienced HSE Engineers and HSE Officers with relevant Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning experience.
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Interview Date: 15th November 2026
Total Requirement: 90 Positions
- 75 HSE Officers
- 15 HSE Engineers
FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW LOCATIONS
The tentative interview locations are:
- Patna
- Kolkata
- Hyderabad
- Vizag (Visakhapatnam)
- Cochin (Kochi)

1. POSITION: HSE ENGINEER
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor's degree in a relevant Science discipline, or an HSE-related qualification from a recognized institution authorized to award the qualification.
Mandatory Professional / Technical Qualifications
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent qualification, subject to ADNOC Group approval.
- Lead Auditor certification in ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Knowledge of incident investigation techniques.
- Additional HSE training and certifications will be an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience.
- Relevant experience in construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, or operations projects in the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industries.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of HSE practices, behavioral safety, and HSE issues in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Ability to lead and supervise HSE personnel, including HSE Officers and Hygiene Officers.
- Sound knowledge of HSE Management Systems and applicable HSE legislative requirements.
- Ability to develop and implement HSE plans, welfare plans, emergency response plans, and site-specific HSE procedures.
- Practical experience with Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and Risk Assessments.
- Ability to conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, inductions, and safety awareness sessions.
- Knowledge of practical H2S control measures.
- Ability to conduct HSE audits, inspections, and site safety assessments.
- Experience in incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action implementation.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
2. POSITION: HSE OFFICER
Educational Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma from a recognized institution authorized to award the qualification.
Mandatory Professional / Technical Qualifications
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent qualification, subject to ADNOC Group approval.
- Other HSE certifications may be considered at the discretion of ADNOC Group or the relevant Oil & Gas company.
- Additional HSE training and certifications will be an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in any industry.
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, production, or operations in the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industries.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Conduct HSE orientations, site inductions, and safety awareness sessions for workers.
- Implement HSE plans, welfare plans, emergency response procedures, and site-specific safety instructions.
- Practical experience in SSOW, Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and Risk Assessments.
- Awareness of practical H2S control measures.
- Conduct routine site HSE inspections and report unsafe acts and conditions.
- Understand and implement incident reporting and investigation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules, applicable HSE procedures, and safe working practices.
- Good English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
