Urgent Requirment For Merchandiser-Menswear

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and develop seasonal trouser and denim or shirt ranges based on fashion trends, sales data and customer demand.
• Manage vendor coordination for fabric sourcing, trims, washing, finishing and bulk production.
• Handle sampling, fit approvals, size sets and pre-production approvals.
• Ensure target costing and margin achievement through price negotiations and cost control.
• Track purchase orders, production timelines and ensure on-time delivery to warehouse.
• Maintain accurate documentation, product data and vendor records in merchandising systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of shirt or denim and trouser fabrics and garment production.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, costing and production follow-ups.
• Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Analytical mind set with focus on margins, sell-through and inventory performance.
• Graduate in Fashion Technology, Textiles, Apparel Management or related field.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in merchandising or product development within retail or apparel manufacturing.
• Experience in handling Jeans and Cotton Trousers or shirt categories is mandator
