Pursuit FIBC Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC Bags). We specialize in providing reliable, durable, and customized bulk packaging solutions for industries across the globe.

We are a Government recognized 2 Star Export House with 3 generations of experties, exporting to 86+ countries & expanding. We have production capacity of 21000 MT annually.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities for FIBC bags, Jumbo Bags, and Bulk Bags.
• Generate export leads through online platforms, trade directories, exhibitions, referrals, and market research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with overseas buyers, importers, distributors, and industrial clients.
• Handle international sales negotiations, pricing, quotations, and order finalization.
• Understand customer requirements regarding bag specifications, dimensions, fabric GSM, SWL, safety factor, liners, printing, and packaging.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• 2.5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in FIBC bags, PP woven bags, Jumbo Bags,or flexible packaging.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade documentation, Incoterms, and payment methods such as LC and advance payments.
• Proven experience in international client acquisition and business development.
• Excellent communication,negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently handle overseas customers and close export deals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
• Candidates with an established nternational buyer network in the FIBC and flexible packaging industry.
• Experience handling customers across Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Africa, and other export markets.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
