Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Peer Review Administration to manage editorial operations, lead a team of Editorial Assistants, and ensure efficient manuscript submission and peer review workflows for a leading global scholarly publishing partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Editorial Assistants.
• Oversee manuscript submission and peer review processes.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and SLA performance.
• Handle escalations and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare performance reports and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with publishing standards and publication ethics.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Postgraduate degree in Sciences.
• Experience in scholarly publishing, editorial operations, or peer review administration.
• Team management and leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of manuscript submission systems and publishing workflows is preferred.
