Urgent Requirement | Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy.

2. Onboarding & Induction:

• Handle onboarding process including documentation, background verification, and coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and culture.
• Ensure smooth integration of employees into the organization.

3. Exit Management:

• Manage resignation process including acceptance, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination.
• Conduct exit interviews and maintain relevant data.
• Ensure timely issuance of relieving and experience letters.

4. HR Operations & Administration:

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Draft HR letters including offer letters, increment letters, and other communication.
• Track attendance, leaves, and ensure proper record management.
• Support HR compliance, audits, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in HR generalist or talent acquisition roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/systems.
