Urgent Requirement – SAP ABAP BTP Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP BTP Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP development and a deep understanding of the BTP platform. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to lead technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions on the BTP platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure high-quality code development and adherence to coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP applications and BTP functionalities.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in all development activities.
• Maintain documentation related to system design, configurations, and user guides.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, particularly on SAP BTP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP services and capabilities.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming language and best practices.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 for developing user interfaces.
• Understanding of SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, or HR is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
