Urgent Requirement | Performance Marketing - Meta/Google (D2C)

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta (Facebook & Instagram):

• Plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns across Meta platform.
• Build full-funnel campaigns including prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing.
• Test audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPA.
  

2. Google (Shopping, Search, Display):

• Manage and optimize Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Pmax.
• Build high-intent acquisition campaigns for customer growth.
• Improve Quality Scores, CTR, and conversion rates through continuous optimization.
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  

Key Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in performance marketing or D2C growth roles.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ROI-driven marketing and digital funnels.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
• Experience working with e-commerce brands or Shopify is a plus.

• Experience in skincare, beauty, or D2C consumer brands.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and performance analytics tools.
