Urgent Requirement of HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, and onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents, employee files, and HR records.
• Handle daily attendance, leave, late coming, regularization, and employee queries.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing, LOP, incentives, deductions, and attendance inputs.
• Assist in PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Labour Law and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate employee master data and HR MIS reports.
• Manage employee joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, full & final settlement, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, training programs, and internal communication.
• Handle employee concerns and coordinate with department heads for timely resolution.
• Maintain records related to company assets, ID cards, uniforms, insurance, and other employee-related documents.
• Support HR policies, procedures, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with management and various departments for smooth HR operations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
• Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, Payroll and Labour Laws.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
