Urgent Requirement of Cluster Head - Maintenance @Yatharth Hospital

1. Maintenance Operations: Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of hospital buildings, equipment, and infrastructure across all assigned units.
2. Utilities Management: Ensure uninterrupted functioning of HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, lifts, medical gas pipelines, RO plants, STP, and other essential utilities.
3. Team Management: Lead and supervise maintenance engineers, technicians, and facility teams across the cluster.
4. Budget & Cost Control: Prepare annual maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, optimize energy consumption, and control repair and maintenance costs.
5. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, and OEMs for repairs, AMC/CMC contracts, and equipment servicing.
6. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, fire safety standards, electrical safety, environmental regulations, and NABH guidelines.
7. Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop maintenance schedules, monitor completion, and minimize equipment downtime.
8. Infrastructure Projects: Coordinate hospital renovation, expansion, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and utilities.
9. Audits & Documentation: Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, service reports, licenses, and audit documentation.
10. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as equipment uptime, breakdown frequency, preventive maintenance compliance, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.
11. Coordination: Work closely with hospital administration, nursing, biomedical engineering, infection control, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering may be considered based on experience and organizational requirements.
