Urgent Requirement | Motion Graphic Designer (Video)

Role & Responsibilities

1. Motion Graphics & Creative Development:

• Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos for ads, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling content aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate with design, performance, and content teams to develop engaging creatives.

2. Video Editing & Post-Production:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for ads, reels, and campaigns.
• Add transitions, effects, music, and overlays to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure smooth flow, high production quality, and platform-specific optimization.

3. Content for Performance & Social:

• Create high-converting video creatives for Meta ads, reels, and short-form platforms.
• Adapt creatives for multiple formats (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) and platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing team to iterate based on performance insights.

4. Innovation & Trend Adaptation:

• Stay updated with latest motion design trends, transitions, and editing styles.
• Experiment with new formats, effects, and storytelling techniques.
• Continuously improve creative quality and engagement.

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience in creating content for social media and performance marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus

• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or skincare brands.
• Basic knowledge of 3D tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
• Understanding of ad creatives, hooks, and UGC-style content.
