Job Description IT Sales Executive (Fresher)

Position: IT Sales Executive
Experience: Fresher / 01 Year
Location: Andheri-Kurla Road, Chakala, Andheri East,Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, promoting IT products/services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify potential customers and understand their IT requirements.
• Explain IT products, solutions, and services to prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the technical and internal teams to understand and communicate solutions.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay updated on IT products, services, and market trends.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT products/services.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
