Urgent requirement of Facility management at Andheri office. Below is JD for same.

Facility Management

• Manage day-to-day administration and facility operations across plant and office premises.
• Ensure proper maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and common areas.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transportation, pest control, and other support services.
• Monitor electricity, water, DG, HVAC, and other utility consumption and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company policies.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors as per company procurement policies.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of quality services.
• Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
• Maintain vendor records, contracts, renewals, and statutory compliance documents.
• Conduct periodic vendor audits and performance reviews.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain records related to administration, facilities, vendors, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory regulations, labour laws, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and records.
• Prepare monthly MIS, budgets, dashboards, and cost analysis reports.
• Track and ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, agreements, and registrations.

Property & Asset Management

• Manage company-owned and leased properties and ensure proper maintenance and utilization.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities and government departments for property-related matters.
• Ensure timely payment of property tax, municipal taxes, utility bills, and other statutory dues.
• Maintain property documents, lease agreements, tax records, approvals, and licenses.
• Monitor asset movement, infrastructure utilization, and asset records across locations.

Fleet & FASTag Management

• Manage company vehicles, including registration, insurance, permits, fitness certificates, and PUC compliance.
• Manage FASTag recharge, transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Maintain vehicle utilization records and optimize fleet operating costs.
• Coordinate with transport vendors and internal stakeholders for transportation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company vehicle policies.

Government Liaison & Statutory Compliance

• Liaise with government authorities, municipal corporations, utility providers, and external agencies.
• Coordinate inspections, approvals, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
• Track statutory renewals and ensure timely completion of compliance activities.
• Maintain MIS for property taxes, fleet expenses, FASTag transactions, vendor contracts, and facility management costs.
