• Assist customers with account opening and KYC documentation.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, cheque requests, and basic banking services.
• Support customers with ATM, debit card, mobile banking, and internet banking queries.
• Verify and maintain customer documents and records.
• Process day-to-day branch banking transactions accurately.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic service issues.
• Coordinate with internal banking teams for customer requests.
• Maintain branch records and ensure compliance with bank procedures.
• Support branch operations and provide good customer service.
• Explain relevant banking products and services to customers when required.
