Urgent Requirement For Quality Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Patient Safety & Risk Management

• Incident Reporting: Implement and monitor systems to report, investigate, and analyse medical errors, patient falls, or adverse events.
• Infection Control: Work alongside the infection control committee to minimize hospital-acquired infections (HAIs) and track compliance with sanitation protocols.
• Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential risks to patients and staff, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

2. Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance

• Standards Adherence: Ensure the hospital meets all legal and regulatory requirements and maintains licenses.
• Accreditation Prep: Coordinate preparations for quality certifications like NABH, NABL, or JCI by conducting gap analyses and internal audits.
• Policy Management: Draft, update, and manage the document control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and facility manuals across all departments.

3. Quality Metrics & Data Analysis

• KPI Monitoring: Collect, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average length of stay, mortality rates, and readmission rates.
• Patient Feedback: Oversee patient satisfaction surveys, investigate grievances, and implement improvements based on patient feedback.

4. Staff Training & Development

• Continuous Education: Conduct training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff regarding patient safety goals, quality metrics, and updated hospital protocols.
• Culture of Quality: Foster an organizational culture where all staff members prioritize continuous quality improvement (CQI) and waste reduction.

Preferred candidate profile

Must be post graduate in MHA
