Profile- Desktop Support Engineer

Location- Khar, Mumbai

Exp- 2-5yrs

Roles & Responsibility-

• Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot and configure Microsoft Outlook, email profiles, PST/OST files, and related issues.
• Troubleshoot basic network-related issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Configure and troubleshoot local and network printers and scanners.
• Provide remote and onsite support to end users as per business requirements.
• Coordinate and escalate unresolved issues to L3 teams, infrastructure teams, or vendors and follow up until closure.
• Maintain IT asset records, configuration details, and technical documentation.
• Have knowledge on trading applications.
