Role & responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide expert advice and troubleshooting support to customers regarding electrical installations, commissioning, and PLC systems.
• Guide customers through the electrical installation process, ensuring proper configuration and functionality of both electrical systems and automated controls (PLC).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, PLC programs, and automation setups.
• Work with engineers and field teams to resolve complex technical problems involving PLC-based systems and electrical installations.

Installation & Commissioning:

• Support on-site electrical installations and commissioning activities, ensuring the correct operation of electrical equipment and automated PLC systems.
• Verify the integration of PLC systems with electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and system reliability.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to integrate and configure automated systems.
• Test, calibrate, and optimize PLC-controlled systems to meet operational standards and client specifications.

Note : There will be extensive travel for this position .
