Urgent Opening - Site Quantity Surveyor -Kuwait

We are Hiring for Major EPC company based in Kuwait.

About Client : Client is leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracting company in Kuwait & KSA . they serve in a variety of sectors, including oil and gas, refineries, petrochemicals, power, water distillation and desalination, shipbuilding, ship repair, dredging, and maritime construction

Requirement : Site Quantity Surveyor
Required Numbers: 05

Candidates will have to manage food and accommodation by self in given total salary
Salaries are fixed and not negotiable

Basic Salary : 600 KD - 800 KD Per Month (based on the outcome of interview) + 50 KD Transportation allowance + 30 days paid annual leave and private medical insurance for self

Important Points
Contract is long term
Accommodation and food allowances are Included in the Mentioned salary.
Company will provide 1 month free accommodation upon their arrival to Kuwait. After that candidates have to arrange their own.
There will be 30 paid leave annually.
Free economy class one way air ticket from home country to Kuwait for Joining & project completion other additional benefits as per company policy and Kuwait law.

Job Description.
Bachelors degree in engineering
6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the Oil and Gas field.
Coordinate quantity survey activities and administration of prime contracts and subcontracts within assigned Project(s).
Ensure that the administration of assigned project(s) contracts is in accordance with the Companys Organization Management System Procedures.
Monitor the performance of awarded subcontracts as well as review and verify related monthly payments and final accounts.
Supervise the remeasurement of work when required and appropriate.
Formulate Change Orders to existing subcontract agreements when required in cases of change in scope and/or pricing.
Assist in the preparation of change orders to the Prime Contract between the Company and the Client.
Assist in the review and settlement of claims raised by clients, subcontractors, and/or suppliers.
