Urgent Opening: Senior Associate / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle end-to-end MF operational processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.
• Monitor exceptions, identify discrepancies, and resolve them.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, RTAs, custodians, and banks.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting requirements.
• Guide and support Associates in daily activities.
• Oversee critical operational activities and complex transactions.
• Perform advanced reconciliations and ensure zero operational risk.
• Ensure SLA adherence and process efficiency.
• Act as a key point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
• Support process improvement initiatives and automation efforts.

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of Mutual Fund & Banking Operations.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and audit requirements.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliation and reporting.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
