Are you a dynamic leader with a strong background in education sales and a proven track record of driving admissions growth? We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and passionate professional to lead our Sales & Outreach efforts for Undergraduate Programs.

Role Overview:

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead comprehensive Sales, Outreach & Marketing strategies (ATL & BTL) to drive UG program admissions
  
• Build, manage, and expand institutional partnerships (colleges, corporates, counselors, etc.)
  
• Lead a team to achieve admissions and revenue targets
  
• Design and implement effective lead generation & conversion funnels
  
• Represent the institution at key events, seminars, and industry forums
  
• Regularly report performance metrics and optimize outreach efforts
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Academics, Marketing, Digital, etc.)
  

Who Should Apply:

• Professionals with 5+ years of experience in education sales, admissions, or marketing
• Proven leadership in managing teams and driving student acquisition at the UG level
• Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in ATL/BTL outreach campaigns and student engagement
• Candidates from an educational institution background preferred
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
