Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, data-driven, and capable of managing end-to-end digital marketing funnels.

Preferred candidate profile

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing)
• Manage and scale LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram Ads with strong ROI focus
• Design and manage marketing funnels (lead generation, nurturing, conversion)
• Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns (automation, drip sequences, broadcasts)
• Handle database management (leads, segmentation, hygiene, CRM integration)
• Execute and manage WhatsApp API marketing campaigns using Jio Interakt (broadcasts, automation, follow-ups)
• Track performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights
• A/B test ads, creatives, landing pages, and campaigns to improve conversions
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and copy
  
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and platform policies

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and retargeting
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, etc.)
• Experience with CRM & database management
• Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business API platforms
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
