Role & responsibilities

• Service /Execution of 13(2), 13(4) of SARFAESI act.

• filing of sec. 14 application before DM/CJM/CMM
• liasoning with police & enforcement agency for physical possession

• liasoning with cross vertical dept. for execution of statutory activities.
• follow-up with advocate & court for pending order

• monitoring against/by cases in court and FIR through police liasoning at police station
• execution of summon / bailable / non-bailable warrants through police

• customer / property / agency visit for regular follow up

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must be LLB completed & vell versed with knowledge of Law & property related experience
• Candidate must be local
