Position: Workforce Trainer (Physical Security)

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end training and impart operational training to the workforce across branches and client locations.
• Identify training needs and drive relevant interventions.
• Maintain training records, SOPs.
• Coordinate with Operations & Recruitment for induction and deployment training.

Skill Set:

• 15-20 years of experience in Training (Security/FM industry preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train large workforce and manage multi-location programs.
