Role & responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for workforce administration and HR-related queries.
Handle employee queries through phone, chat, and e-Request.
Analyze issues, identify solutions, and provide end-to-end query resolution.
Escalate or delegate queries to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership until closure.
Track cases and provide regular status updates to employees/requestors.
Support case management and service operations.
Contribute to improving Knowledge Base and process documentation.
Monitor service demand, including call/chat volumes and staff availability.
Identify recurring issues and support continuous process improvement.
Act as an informal resource/mentor for less experienced team members.
Work with cross-functional teams to exchange complex information and achieve operational objectives.
Modify work processes to improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in HR and Admin , Coordination , Customer services, Chat or Email process.

Fluent in English
