Urgent Opening For Workforce Administration Representative at Airoli

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for workforce administration and HR-related queries.
• Handle employee queries through phone, chat, and e-Request.
• Analyze issues, identify solutions, and provide end-to-end query resolution.
• Escalate or delegate queries to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership until closure.
• Track cases and provide regular status updates to employees/requestors.
• Support case management and service operations.
• Contribute to improving Knowledge Base and process documentation.
• Monitor service demand, including call/chat volumes and staff availability.
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous process improvement.
• Act as an informal resource/mentor for less experienced team members.
• Work with cross-functional teams to exchange complex information and achieve operational objectives.
• Modify work processes to improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in HR and Admin , Coordination , Customer services, Chat or Email process.
