Urgent Opening For Trainer Sourcing Executive (Recruitment)

Role Purpose

The Trainer Sourcing Executive supports the Project Management team by identifying, engaging and mobilising trainers for various project roles. The role is responsible for building and maintaining a ready pipeline of trainers, conducting initial screening calls, and coordinating deployment in line with project timelines, under the guidance of the Head Training Operations.The role requires strong sourcing, coordination and follow-up skills, along with the ability to work effectively under close deadlines, to ensure project trainer requirements are met in a timely and consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trainer Sourcing

• Coordinate with the Project Management team to understand trainer requirements, including subject expertise, location and project timelines.
• Source trainers through Naukri and relevant WhatsApp trainer groups and communities.
• Identify and approach suitable trainers for open project requirements on an ongoing basis.
• Build and continuously update a pipeline of trainers across domains for current and future project needs.

2. Screening & Coordination

• Conduct telephonic screening calls with trainers to assess availability, expertise and suitability for specific project roles.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation and onboarding formalities for trainers confirmed on projects.
• Liaise between trainers and the Project Management team to ensure smooth deployment.
• Respond promptly to last-minute or urgent trainer replacement requirements.

3. Pipeline & Database Management

• Maintain and regularly update a trainer database/tracker, including domain, availability, past project association and feedback.
• Manage multiple sourcing requirements simultaneously and prioritise based on project urgency.
• Follow up consistently with trainers to ensure timely confirmations and closures.

4. Reporting

• Share regular updates with the Project Management/Training Operations team on pipeline status and closures.
• Maintain accurate records to support tracking of sourcing turnaround time and closure rates.
