Job Title: Technical Recruiter (IT Infrastructure)

Role Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with specialized experience in the IT Infrastructure and Managed Services domain. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to source, attract, and hire top-tier engineering and operations talent. You will directly support our growth as a premier IT Infrastructure Solution & Service Company by building pipelines for critical technical roles that keep our clients' businesses running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing and screening to technical interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing: Hunt for passive talent using Naukri, LinkedIn, specialized tech job boards, and professional networks.
• Technical Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical foundations in
  Networking, Cloud Systems, Cybersecurity, and Data Centre operations, etc.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Infrastructure Delivery Managers and Engineering Leads to understand technical requirements and project timelines.
• Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with IT infrastructure hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor mapping.

Below are the key technical areas and specific roles you will be expected to recruit regularly:

• Cloud Engineers / Architects (AWS, Azure)
• VMware / Hyper-V Specialists
• Systems Administrators (Linux/Windows)
• Network Engineers / Architects (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet)
• End-Point Management
• Data Centre Operations Technicians
• Help Desk / Service Desk Support (Tiers 1-3)
• IT Project Managers & Infrastructure Delivery Leads

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Industry Expertise: 4 to 6 years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years dedicated specifically to IT Infrastructure and Managed Services (MSP).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch our company culture and technical challenges to high-calibre talent.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting project priorities and tight deadlines.
