Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of HR recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Allocate recruitment requirements and monitor daily team performance.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
• Ensure timely closure of client requirements and maintain recruitment quality.
• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and team productivity.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and recruitment processes.

• Target-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in handling a recruitment team and achieving hiring targets is desirable.
• Working days- 10 to 6:30
