Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and consultants.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within approved budgets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding, campus hiring, referral drives, and diversity hiring initiatives..
