We are looking for a Desktop Support/End User Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience, strong expertise in Windows, MAC, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, networking fundamentals, and end-user device troubleshooting. 

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated hardware, software, operating system, network, and application issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, VPN, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and group memberships using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Perform device imaging, software deployment, patching, and endpoint configuration.
• Diagnose LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic TCP/IP connectivity issues.
• Support endpoint security tools, antivirus software, disk encryption, and access-control policies.
• Manage incidents and service requests through an ITSM platform such as ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L3 teams or external vendors with complete diagnostic information.
• Maintain IT asset records and assist with device allocation, replacement, and disposal.
• Create knowledge-base articles and standard troubleshooting documentation.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, office moves, and IT equipment setup.
• Monitor service-level agreements and ensure tickets are updated and resolved on time.
• Provide remote and on-site support to end users.
• Participate in IT projects, audits, and continuous service-improvement initiatives.
