Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM).
• Configure Goal Management including goal plans, goal fields, templates, and goal libraries.
• Configure Performance Management forms, sections, rating scales, and competencies.
• Configure route maps and workflows for performance processes.
• Work with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and user access.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors configuration.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to goals, performance forms, permissions, and workflows.
• Support data migration and employee data validation where required.
• Prepare configuration documents and user guides.
• Coordinate with HR/business teams and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Support integrations with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central.
